• Their kitchen is fully equipped for success.

• Experienced Sous Chef / Chef de Partie with strong leadership skills.
• Hands-on, no-nonsense attitude; honesty and reliability are key.
• Fast casual experience preferred, with an eye for consistency and quality.
• Can handle high-pressure service 
• Someone who takes pride in their work, shows accountability, and keeps it professional.
