The Role: Assistant Restaurant Manager

You’ll be the heartbeat of the restaurant—leading, coaching, and inspiring a team that brings their best every shift. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

• Lead the Way: Oversee daily operations across front and back of house, keeping service fast, friendly, and on point.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in QSR, casual dining, or a fast-paced hospitality venue.
• Previous leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Department Manager (2+ years).
• A natural people leader who thrives in a fast-moving, team-driven environment.
• Customer-obsessed and passionate about creating memorable dining experiences.
• Career-focused with the ambition to progress into senior management.
