The Role: Assistant Restaurant Manager

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be a key driver of performance, culture, and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead from the front, balancing service excellence with operational precision.
Here’s what success looks like:

• Drive the Floor: Oversee both FOH and BOH operations, keeping service fast, friendly, and efficient.
• Empower Your Team: Lead, train, and inspire a crew of 15–20 to deliver top-tier service and achieve business goals.
• Lift the Bar: Champion quality, consistency, and energy—creating an environment where both customers and staff thrive.

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous leadership experience in QSR, casual dining, or fast-paced hospitality.
• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Department Manager (2+ years).
• A hands-on, can-do attitude and love for creating great guest experiences.
• Strong people leadership and communication skills.
• A growth mindset and drive to advance your career.
