Our client is a leading hospitality group in Brisbane and has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated CDP to join their team at one of their popular venues on Brisbane's northside. The CDP will have the responsibility of running a section in this fun and energetic kitchen.

About You
  • Experience in a busy environment
  • Clear understanding of Chef de Partie responsibilities
  • Strong experience working a grill section
  • Contribute to the development and training of the kitchen team
  • Prep sheets and stock control
  • Creatively contribute to menu changes and restaurant specials
  • An attitude to match all of the above!
