About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for someone who truly understands what good hospitality look and feels like- someone who welcomes people into their restaurant like a guest in their own home. You will know your regulars by name and delight newcomers with your front and centre approach to venue management.

You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive consistency in service standards, and play a key role in developing and training your team. With support from senior management, you’ll also strengthen your business acumen by focusing on KPI management, sales performance, and cost control.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years’ leadership experience as a Restaurant or Assistant Manager
  
  
• Experience leading and coaching teams of 15+ during service is desirable but not essential
  
  
• Strong understanding of guest experience and sequence of service
  
  
• A calm, solutions-focused mindset and ability to adapt under pressure
  
  
• A genuine love of hospitality and team development
