About the Role:

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be part of a powerhouse team leading an 80+ crew in one of the busiest and most successful fast-casual restaurants in Melbourne. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to maintain operational excellence, deliver standout guest experiences, and mentor your future management pipeline.

This is a hands-on role that blends people leadership, operational oversight, and financial performance. You’ll play a key part in training and development, recruitment, and day-to-day shift execution, while driving results across KPIs including sales, profit, labour, and guest satisfaction.

You’ll have the opportunity to build your leadership profile within a growing network that’s preparing for major expansion across the city and beyond. For the right person, this role will open the door to a Restaurant General Manager position in the near future.
