Due to continued growth and internal promotions, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join a group that empowers its leaders to seize new opportunities.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll oversee a key area of the restaurant’s operations - either People & Customer Experience or Inventory Management & Rostering. Regardless of your specific focus, you’ll take a hands-on role in service every day, leading by example and ensuring smooth, high-quality guest experiences throughout each shift



The Candidate

• Leadership experience in casual dining, cafés, or chain restaurant operations - professionals who thrive in fast-paced people-driven environments
• 2+ years Assistant Manager experience is essential
• Solutions focused and team player qualities required
• Ability to demonstrate skills and knowledge in cost control management and KPI management duties
• A front and centre leader who truly leads from the front every working day

The Benefits

• $75,000 + super + bonuses (OTE $8k p/a)
• Work for a recognised hospitality group that will provide you with comprehensive training and excellent support - on the ground support form a senior leadership team
• A roster with true balance - you will need to have open availability being the main Manager, however, they expect you to design a roster that works for you (flexible with requests and no late nights)
• Not a late night operation. Most evenings closed by 930pm
