About the role:

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for leading a team and controlling the flow of services across lunch and dinner in a busy CBD based quick service restaurant. In this role you will have the opportunity to apply your existing management skills to a new environment that leads the QSR industry with their outstanding guest service, delicious and innovative products and a team culture that is inclusive and welcoming to all. 

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other managers across the state and the country on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis through different meetings, conferences and social events or reward and recognition programs. There are options to assist with new restaurant openings within Victoria and interstate as the brand expands to a national level.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years experience as an assistant manager in a similar environment 
  
  
• Passion for the industry and excellent customer service skills
  
  
• Ability to manage and maintain your own portfolio of results
  
  
• Experience in high volume services and sales
