Our client isn’t your typical dine-in restaurant. Their concept is fast, fresh and built around share-style menus that are perfect for groups looking for a casual, friendly dining experience.

We’re on the lookout for a Restaurant Managers to lead the team at one of their busy Gold Coast locations. Your responsibilities will span all areas of restaurant operations, including P&L management, shift oversight, performance management, recruitment and training.

The restaurant trades 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, driven by strong local demand and a loyal customer base, so you’ll be joining a venue that’s already thriving.

Who we’re looking for

• 2+ years experience as Restaurant Manager in a busy casual dining or QSR environment
• A leader who’s passionate about building great teams and delivering standout customer experiences
• Someone excited to be part of a brand’s growth journey and take on bigger leadership opportunities
• Confident handling P&L, budgets, and the day-to-day challenges of a busy restaurant
• Calm, solutions-focused, and proactive under pressure
