What’s on the Menu? As our next Restaurant Manager, you’ll:

• Be the Vibe: Lead from the front, set the tone, and create a space where guests feel welcome and your team feels inspired.
• Run the Show: Oversee FOH + BOH operations, maintaining high standards in service, quality, and compliance.
• Grow Your Crew: Recruit, train, and develop your team to perform at their best every shift.
• Drive Results: Manage budgets, hit targets, and roll out ideas that lift performance and profitability.
• Stay Sharp: Keep stock, systems, and processes on point — no detail too small.
• Lift the Guest Experience: Spot opportunities, fix them fast, and turn every visit into a reason to return.

What You Bring:

• Strong leadership experience in QSR, hospitality, or fast-casual dining
• A solid understanding of operations, budgets, and people management
• Calm under pressure, confident with decisions, and great with communication
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends

Bonus points if you’ve got:
