We’re looking for an outgoing Assistant Restaurant Manager to jump aboard and be leader for a young and dynamic team at one of our client’s spots on the northside - just 7 mins from the CBD. With more openings on the horizon expect to build a succession plan with your Operations Manager.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience at an leadership level working for a food retail, casual dining or QSR group is preferred
• Well presented, naturally positive person, and a real go getter
• You are competitive, driven and most importantly.. a team player!
• Confident managing day to day operations and troubleshooting all the challenges that come with it - service issues, customer complaints and enquiries, staffing solutions, OHS & Food safety compliance
• Will to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
• This role would suit an Assistant Restaurant Manager or experienced shift supervisor looking for a step up.
