The candidate

• People focused - you are a natural leader that invests in training, motivates teams and loves inspiring future leaders 
• 1+ years Supervisor/Assistant Manager experience is essential for any of the above roles 
• A leader who is all things customer service - passionate about nailing great service from a owner/brand perspective, building rapport with guests, and generating more returning customers
• Well presented, positive energy, can do attitude 

Benefits

• $63,000-85,000 + superannuation
• Some opportunities are days only roster, other rotating rosters requiring open availability Monday to Sunday
