If you’re a CDP who loves a lively service, sharp standards and a kitchen that actually works as a team, this East Brisbane bistro tavern is calling your name. Think elevated pub classics, big flavour, good produce and a venue that’s busy

What you’ll be doing
  • Running your section with confidence during fast paced services
  • Prepping, plating and delivering consistent, high quality dishes
  • Working closely with the Sous and Head Chef to keep the kitchen
  • smooth and efficient
  • Stepping up to support other sections when needed
  • Keeping food safety, cleanliness and organisation on point

    What we’re looking for
  • A driven CDP or strong Demi ready for the next step
  • Experience in bistro, pub or high volume dining
  • Calm under pressure with solid knife skills and prep speed
  • Team focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Reliable, organised and committed to high standards
