As Café Manager, you will:

• Take full ownership of day-to-day café operations, including rostering, financials and reporting
• Lead, train and mentor your team to consistently deliver a 6-star service standard
• Curate a wellness-focused menu and oversee ordering, inventory, and cost control
• Drive sales through promotions, member engagement, and innovative food concepts
• Ensure a safe, welcoming, and positive environment aligned with wellness values

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Café Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager
• Strong leadership and training skills with a hands-on management style
• Organised, commercially minded, and detail-oriented with a focus on KPIs
