Day to day you will supporting a Restaurant Manager in the form of shift management, team training, assisiting with recruitment and hiring, managing cost controllables on shift, and building team morale.

The Candidate

• 2+ years in hospitality management - QSR, casual dining or cafés is essential
• A leader who can confidently run front and back of house, elevating guest experiences and uplifting the team
• Someone approachable, calm under pressure, and able to make both guests and staff feel like absolute legends
• Collaborative management style - Work towards hitting your KPIs and & get the whole team involved and reach your goals together. 
• Team outings - bond with your crew and create lasting memories and friendships.
