Full Job Description

Step into a leadership role that blends hospitality and wellness. As an Assistant Café Manager, you’ll oversee a vibrant food & beverage space serving members and guests in a premium environment. As Café Manager, you will:

• Take full ownership of day-to-day café operations, including rostering, financials, and reporting
• Lead, train, and mentor your team to consistently deliver a 6-star service standard
