About the Role

We’re partnering with a well established and fast growing restaurant group to find a Restaurant Manager who will be running a full business unit - from shift management and guest experience to maximising revenue streams and managing all cost controllables!

This is a hands on leadership role in a busy, high volume environment where pace, people and personality all matter.
You’ll be someone who thrives on building strong teams, creating memorable guest experiences, and becoming a familiar face in the local community.

Further responsibilities include;

• Leading, coaching and developing a large team
• Driving service standards, speed and food quality during peak trade
• Managing labour, rosters and COG's
• Maintaining food safety, compliance and operational standards
• Connecting with your local community through local area marketing, partnerships and in store initiatives

What we're looking for:

• A minimum 1 years Restaurant Manager or 2 years Assistant Manager in hospitality is essential
• Strong skill set in cost controllables and commercial performance
• People management skills that inspire and win over teams in fast paced operations
• Ability to drive results and standards from a group perspective
