Born and raised inside the hospitality world, Giovana had no option other than loving this exciting industry. She grew up in a family where food is the glue that keeps everything together and she proudly kept the costumes alive by working in restaurants for over 10 years serving both back and front of the house.

Giovana is originally from Brazil where her family owns a few restaurants which has taken a big part of her upbringing. Her experience on leading teams with over 50 people to small local venues across two corners of the world have added flexibility and communication skills to her portfolio. 

 

In her spare time you can find Giovana in restaurants around Sydney trying as many different courses on the menu as she can. If not there, she will be in a National park camping or enjoying time with her dog.
