Mitchell’s first work experience was at a local restaurant in his hometown of Berwick, VIC where his passion and appreciation for hospitality began.

Mitchell’s 5 years of hospitality experience spans bars, pubs and restaurants across Melbourne's thriving hospitality scene. He has risen up the ranks of multiple QSR brands where he learnt the value of leadership in a management role, finding and developing the right talent to drive exceptional guest experience and grow a profitable business.

Outside of work, Mitchell can be found consuming as much sport as possible, from tennis to cricket and AFL. He loves exploring new restaurants to dine at, drinking wine and listening and dancing to countless hours of music.

Mitchell was named the Hopsopworld Resourcing Rookie of The Year in FY23 acknowledging his commitment to his first-class service delivery. He is based in our Melbourne office which was awarded the Hosopworld Resourcing Agency of Year in FY23.
