A self-confessed hospitality tragic, Paige has built a diverse career across some of Australia's leading luxury resorts and hospitality businesses.
With experience spanning food and beverage, guest services, events, sales, reservations and, more recently, internal recruitment, she brings a unique 360-degree perspective to both the hospitality industry and recruitment.
At the heart of Paige's approach is a genuine people focus and commitment to promoting careers within hospitality. Whether chatting through job opportunities, sharing where to find the best coffee in town, helping someone land their dream role or supporting businesses to find their next superstar team member, she thrives on building meaningful, long-term relationships.
Her broad industry background has given her a deep appreciation for the challenges and opportunities across hospitality, allowing her to connect with people at every level and department of an organisation.
Outside of work, Paige loves travelling, spending time at the beach and embracing her latest pickleball obsession. Her passion for travel, people and hospitality continues to shape both her personal and professional life, making her a genuine advocate for an industry she is proud to be part of.
