This opportunity is working for an established hospitality group who have made the most during COVID, mainly due to their strong takeaway and delivery platform, and their slick casual dining model that has worked wonders over the past 6 months.
The role is suited to a Manager with a record in leading fast paced operations, and proven experience coaching Supervisors and future leaders using various development techniques
An ideal candidate will be a leader who has their eyes set on becoming a Restaurant General Manager, confident leading a team of 35 for a medium to high performing casual dining restaurant.
To be successful in this role you need to have a good understanding of hospitality operations, but more importantly you have to be able to motivate and inspire people who report in to you
