We are looking for experienced Managers to join award winning restaurant groups in the country. Based at Castle Towers, Manly, Bligh Park and Casula

The Opportunity 

We are currently looking for Hospitality Leaders to lead & develop their own team and manage all the general duties of their restaurant. We currently have opportunities in Castle Towers, Manly, Bligh Park and Casula.

This role will be pivotal in ensuring effective and efficient back of house operations. Your passion and love for the industry will rely on you to deliver the quality product and service that they have become renowned for. 
As an established hospitality manager, we want to see you lead by example and be hands on with your team in all aspects of kitchen operations.

As a Manager, your role will involve;
  • Stock control and ordering
  • Meal preparation
  • Effective management of kitchen staff ensuring quality of product
  • Staff rostering and timesheets
  • Budgeting and food costing
  • Maintain kitchen presentation, cleanliness and product integrity
  • Maintain safe, secure and healthy workplace environment
  • Opening/closing of restaurant

About You 

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have proven culinary and management experience. Excellent communication skills, demonstrating leadership and organisational abilities.
  • Proven leadership experience within a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • High standard of food preparation and productivity
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Experience in budget management and cost control
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
  • Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including nights/weekends
