This role will see you take charge of a popular, fast paced and versatile space in conjunction with the Head Chef.

About You
You have strong communication & organisational skills and experience in managing and leading a motivated and driven team.
A strong financial acumen relevant to labour and cost control, to ensure you meet budgets and targets will be vital to succeed in this role.
To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate the following
- Ideally, you will have at least 2 years of proven kitchen experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proven experience in people management and training and empowering others
- Demonstrated ability to manage kitchen operations, rostering, cogs,wastage,stocktake and being able to lead and develop a team is essential
- Ability to manage priorities and resources to deliver business outcomes
- Knowledge and commitment to Equal Opportunity, Ethical Practice and Occupational Health & Safety
- Experience with meats and the grill section is essential
