• Your warm, engaging and polite demeanor with polished presentation
• You're confident in an a la carte environment, able to hold your own section in a fast paced environment
• You have a solid understanding of food & beverage with that ability to suggest pairings
• You have a strong attention to detail and love to go above and beyond in your service
• You build rapport, and your communication & service style can be tailored depending on the customer (Corporate, small or large groups, intimate dining, special occasions), ensuring expectations are exceeded
