Leading a team of crafty chefs in a brand new kitchen. No day is the same baking biscuits,bread, cakes,decorating cakes and season favorites.
A new concept that kicked off couple of years ago in the midst of the pandemic has since become an institution. Expanding around the Melbourne Suburbs the locals and city residents travelling around to buy their bread and pastries.
Attention to detail, consistency and maintaining the highest standards of quality are essential in this role.

About You As the Head Pastry chef, You will be responsible for managing your work orders and prep sheets. As a minimum, you should possess the following attributes: you will be looking for full time work.
