Ideally, you will have:-  
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Experience in fast-casual, casual dining, or QSR brand is essential 
  • Strong operational knowledge that’s shared to inspire a large team of passionate people 
  • The initiative to solve problems and make this venue a great place to work 
  • Proven success in a people leadership role is essential to be considered in this position. 
  • Experience in managing restaurant financials (P&L, Rostering, Wastage, Report record keeping)
  • Overseeing policies and procedures
