As a successful Director of Sales/ Corporate Account Director, you will be an entrepreneurial Ambassador, possessing a sound understanding of Corporate Accounts and their subsequent affiliation and management?

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acute negotiating skills aligned to Hotel room rates 
  • Portfolio management of existing clients
  • The ability to identify, qualify and convert new clients. 
  • Maximum optimization aligned to total Account penetration.
  • A talent for negotiation, people management, and engagement. 
  • Acute understanding of the RFP process, and online portal management.
  • Understanding of key partnerships through Travel Managers.
  • Knowledge of Key corporate, intermediate, and SME account Management
  • Proven track record of Strong Corporate relationship management with an established connection to current accounts.
  • The ability to expand existing customer loyalty with strong product knowledge
  • Guest-centric, with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Grooming and fashion sense aligned to the representation of premium brands. 
  • knowledge and ability to identify key accounts aligned to Corporate Entertainment and Sporting sectors 
  • Proficient in computer systems (Minimum: Microsoft Office Suite and RFP online portal management)
  • Ability to travel and meet with existing and potential clients, attend industry events, join trade shows, and engage in speaking activities.

  • Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will have the autonomy to manage your sector.
