This is an opportunity for you to become a key member of the team and have responsibility for the breakfast and lunch service and most importantly, ensuring our guests receive a truly memorable experience!

Multifaceted operation that has a mix of food retail,cafe and bakery. You will be part of the kitchen operations focusing on the cafe serving heart warming food done to perfection.
The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys working in kitchens that are close knit, someone who is level headed and is easy going.
To be successful you will have to possess excellent time management skills, and will be comfortable jumping from section to section as every Chef is an all rounder.
The role requires a Chef who has open availability Monday to Sunday as the roster is rotating.
The candidate
- Previous experience as a Chef de partie or similar in either pubs, restaurants, or cafes is essential
- Excellent time management and communication skills - we need someone who will be across roster, ordering, coaching, and training
- Open availability Monday to Sunday, able to work a rotating roster
- You respond well to direct feedback and have the ability to manage up when required
- Family ran business that treats you as a core member of the leadership team, not another number in the system
