Based in beautiful scenic part of the Mornington Peninsula no day is the same with an array of different venues. Whether it's the Cafe, Wine Bar, restaurants or Events you will be responsible for all facets of the day to day operation of the hotel.
  
As a Manager for a venue in a prime location, that provides high volume weekend foot traffic and steady local trade 7 days a week.
  
The group is very progressive and constantly look at ways to develop and improve their food offering, as well as every customers' experience - you will have a direct opportunity to help them improve standards on every level.

We are looking for that special some-one with the drive to succeed, someone with a great record as a leader in the hospitality industry who can help senior management achieve results and deliver excellence.
