Seeking an experienced Head Chef to take the reigns of this BOH team of 10x located on the exterior of Westfield Albany.

Our client: 

One of Auckland's largest hospitality groups is looking for their next Head Chef to take the reigns at their Albany located Gastro-Pub, situated on the exterior of the Albany Westfield - it presents and offers a warm and welcoming space for all from lunch to evening drinks and dinner. 

The role: 

As Head Chef you will lead a team of 10x and be supported by 2x Sous Chefs. You will be responsible for the kitchen end to end from ordering, stock management, supplier relationships, food service & standards, team leadership and working collaboratively with the FOH team. 

Skills & Experience we are looking for: 

-Head Chef experience ideally in a gastro-pub environment or busy all day eatery 
-Experience leading teams of 10x 
-Passion for delivering exceptional food always 
-Confidence with running and managing kitchen financials 

What you will be rewarded with:
