You are an upbeat and motivated Manager ready to help build and join a team of 20, reporting into a well experienced senior leadership team. Fitting in with the company culture is key for this client in a very inclusive environment. Previous experience in a similar role or someone ready to step up in their career will also be considered.

• Good knowledge of food safety and managing fresh par levels
• Ability to shift manage and lead day to day operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
• You are a leader who works alongside your team and truly leads by example as a team player
• Previous experience in a leadership position within hospitality is preferred - we encourage all Hospitality workers to apply
• You are target driven and can meet KPIs
