Our client: Is a gem located in the bustling Ellerslie town centre, always busy, always about a good time. They offer their locals great drinks, great food, quiz nights, live sports, DJ's and a function room - they really do cater to and for everyone!
The role: As Duty Manager you will support the 2IC and Venue Manager lead and inspire the FOH team to deliver exceptional service to all customers. You will support with training & development, customer queries, inventory management for the FOH, organisation of different activities ie.e quiz night prep, booking management etc
Experience: -hospitality management experience ideally from a gastropub but open to restaurant, cafe or casual dining
-fantastic, inspiring and driven leadership approach
-LCQ and managers cert is preferred
-ability to work across weekends and late nights
What you will be rewarded with: -$25-27 per hour (be paid for all hours worked)
