About the opportunity
  
This role is designed perfectly for a leader who is immersed in the Melbourne food and beverage scene, someone who enjoys working in relaxed dining atmospheres and knows how to deliver excellence through the finest attention to details.

The venue is well known amongst locals for offering only the freshest and most seasonal local produce. This business does not over complicate it's menus, in fact, the menu is quite predictable, but what sets them apart is their consistency and executing in delivering simple food to an incredible level.

Our client works with local suppliers, farmers and fishermen to ensure that all ingredients sourced are of the highest standard. Simplicity is what they believe in, from cutting chips by hand to filleting fish, everything that is served on your plate has been freshly prepared by chefs from start to finish.

This is very much a front of house role, 5 days per week, on the floor so if you're looking for a role that will require you to take on the business and commercial aspects of running a venue then this probably isn't for you.

The role is equally suited to a Manager stepping up or stepping sideways.
