Brand new venue opening in the heart of Auckland City - perfect opportunity for experienced Duty Managers or Shift Leaders.

Our Client: 

This iconic hospitality group has been elevating the Auckland hospo scene for over 10 years and has close to 20x venues in operation. 

Their venues all have a unique feel and style about them but all deliver the highest of quality, food, beverages, experience and customer service. 

Covid has not stopped this hospitality group expanding their wings and increasing their venues, with two more being added to their portfolio in the coming months. 

The role: 

As Duty Manager of this fantastic, new, large & soon to be hospo hot spot - you will support the Venue Manager and Bar Manager with the overall running of the FOH team (approx 30 on roster). 

Some key responsibilities include: 

-lead and motivate a high performing team to deliver a memorable experience to all customers 
-provide effective training and communication to your team 
-maintain business guidelines and compliance at all times 
-ensure all sales and KPIs are being achieved by your FOH team 

Experience we are looking for: 

-Hospitality leadership experience ideally in a restaurant or bar 
-A genuine love and passion for people and the hospitality industry 
-A strong understanding into NZ hospitality 
-Managers Certificate and LCQ 
-Proven leadership experience 
-Bubbly, high energy, determined and motivated personality
