Oversee three kitchens, soon to be more as this hospitality group continues to increase their footprint in Auckland.
Our Client: This iconic hospitality group has been elevating the Auckland hospo scene for over 10 years and has close to 20x venues in operation.
Their venues all have a unique feel and style about them but all deliver the highest of quality, food, beverages, experience and customer service.
Covid has not stopped this hospitality group expanding their wings and increasing their venues, with two more being added to their portfolio in the coming months.
The role: This is a true and genuine Executive Chef opportunity to lead 3x kitchens to begin with, however is likely to increase sooner rather than later with continuous expansion plans in place.
Some key responsibilities include: -Driving the improvement in all aspects of the kitchen from people, service, product and financial performance
-Increase customer satisfaction through effective improvements in product and menu knowledge
-Develop and at times implement BOH strategies into your kitchens
-Support, drive and lead effective recruitment drives extending to effective training and onboarding
Experience we are looking for: -Multi Site / Kitchen experience at an Executive Chef level
-Commercial & financially astute
-Understanding into international trends that can be incorporated into the NZ scene
-A genuine love and passion for people, food and the hospitality industry
-Proven leadership experience including performance management
