About the opportunityThe venue has a cult like following with a modern and stylish dining area. Offering both inside and alfresco dining it attracts a lot of locals over the weekend for a great time over sharing plates and a glass or two of wine.
The food offering is european inspired and uses the freshest of local ingredients to create healthy, mouth watering dishes that keeps the locals coming back over and over again.
As the Assistant Manager you will be responsible for managing a small team and leading by example with your amazing customer service, love of the company values and genuine smile. With an ability to multi-task and high attention to detail this is your opportunity to shine.
As this is not a fully serviced restaurant, our client is open to leaders who come from Cafes, Pubs, Bars, and Fast Food Restaurants.
We're very keen to connect with all Hospitality Managers who have experience in cafes, casual dining or QSR restaurants
The candidate
- Previous hospitality management experience is essential, a minimum of 12 month experience in fast food, cafe, casual or premium dining venues
- Team focused - as a leader and team player you know you are only as good as your team and you have increible ways to get the best out of people
- Customer centric - you have a knack for creating memorable experience, whilst getting the best outcome for the business
- Great presentation, warm personality and an energy that can lift others
