About the opportunity

Our client is proud to boast a small portfolio restaurants, where the menus are small but mighty in quality, inspired by fresh, local ingredients and are infused with creativity.

As a Group Kitchen Manager you’ll get the chance to lead and manage a combined back of house unit of 30+ Cooks and Supervisors, and will play a key role in mentoring and developing people in your team that are looking to grow with the group.

The venues you will be across offer a real strippeed back casual dining experience that doesn't over complicate it's service, food and beverage, yet manages to keep customers craving for more.
Each venue is small in size, but can crank some serious volume. Every location has a slightly different feel, but has a lot of charm, all whilst holding a type of consistency that you understand why they are part of the same group.

We're keen to connect with Executive Chefs and Group Kitchen Managers that have multi site experience.
