Passionate and creative Sommelier to join an established and high-end venue.

Over 250 wines have been hand-picked for quality and expression of place, power and elegance to deliver unique regional recognition.
With a core focus on providing an exceptional dining experience for each and every guest.
With that in mind, the team of chefs, waitstaff and sommeliers are dedicated to making every detail of a customer experience outstanding.
The role is to work side by side with our long experienced Head Sommelier.
The ideal candidate: - Minimum WSET 2
- Knowledge on Food and Beverage tastings
- Ability to collaborate and develop menus
- Strong time management and product knowledge
- Eager to learn about our vast wine bottle range
- To work with Australian, New Zealand and International brands from France, Italy, Argentina and the United States
- Up-to-date knowledge on beverage trends
- Good understanding of finances and stocktake
