• Strong team player with a ‘can do’ approach

• Organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to plan and execute to a high standard

• 2+yrs experience as a Head Chef in a large, fast paced environment
• Motivational leader, coach and mentor
• Passion for teamwork inspiring others 
• Strong business acumen, kpi driven and results focused 
• Customer first approach
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
