Our client: 


Has been a prominent feature on Auckland's Wynyard Quarter for 11 years and with a team consisting of `fantastic tenure' you know the owner looks after and values his staff. 

They are all about producing good quality food & beverages for all to enjoy in a casual dining setting. 

The role: 

Will see you lead the operations for the venue from FOH and BOH with a team currently consisting of 12x however in Summer this will increase to about 20x. 

The days of work will be Wednesday - Sunday to ensure you are there for busy trade days and evenings. 

Key responsibilities include: 

-Effective recruitment, training & development 
-Roster management inc labour costs 
-Drive sales and KPIs 
-Ensure effective customer service at all times 
-Manage bookings & private functions
-Work closely with the Head Chef and BOH team 

What experience you will bring: 

-Hospitality management experience in gastropubs, pubs or large casual dining restaurants 
-Experience leading teams of 15+ 
-Commercial and financial acumen 
-Ability to foster a high performing culture 
-Supplier relationship management experience 
-Strong work ethic 


What you will be rewarded with:
