Our client: Is one of Otago's first wineries producing high quality, premium wines whilst continuing to honour traditions that have made them a local and international success.
To ensure customers have a memorable experience they offer not only a winery restaurant to enjoy exceptional food whilst divulging in their wine ranges, but they offer a Cheesery Deli, Woodfire Pizza Restaurant, Cellar Door and an activity centre, beyond the food & beverage offerings then also offer customers and guests beautiful accomodation in their luxury lodge which extends to include an award winning spa.
The role & skills / experience we are seeking: Will require a strong Hospitality Operations Manager with a comprehensive F&B Management background to successful manage the Winery Restaurant, Cheesery Deli, Woodfire Pizza Restaurant, Cellar Door and activity center.
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in high volume F&B environments, possess strong revenue management skills & have a natural leadership ability to manage a diverse front of house team across various sites.
Experience in wine is advantageous combined with a hands on leadership style where you are happy to get stuck in, lead from the front and be on the floor side by side with your team when required.
You will be innately confident with systems and are someone that is always looking for process improvement and efficiencies whilst maintaining a high level of service for customers.
As Hospitality Operations Manager you will lead a direct team of 3x and approximately 37x indirect reports.
What you will be rewarded with: -$90-110k per annum
-40-45 hours per week that will fluctuate between 9am - 10pm and include weekends and public holidays as require
