We are on the hunt for a Sous Chef to join this exceptional venue based in Auckland CBD.

With over 10 vibrant and successful venues across Auckland and Hamilton, our client has a diverse number of opportunities and growth potential among their ranks. 

The role: 

You will support the kitchen team through adequate preparation to ensure high food quality and service to all customers. You will have support and an experienced Head Chef to help you continue to grow your career within this fun and exciting Hospitality Group. 

The skills & experience required: 
  • 2-3x years experience in a CDP role with good tenure 
  • Enthusiasm & passion for the kitchen and hospitality 
  • Experience and ability to thrive in busy kitchens 
  • Confidence to take part in food quality and preparation whilst having high-level food hygiene 
  • Experience in gastro-pubs is preferred 
What you will be rewarded with: 
  • $60k - $65k per annum (dependent on experience) 
  • 40-45 hours per week

  • Work in a team of around 4-6x chefs
