Duty Manager - Botany | Auckland_NewZealand

Incredibly fun Duty Manager role available for a budding hospitality professional located in the hub of Botany. $25-27 per hour

Our client: 

Has iconic venues throughout Auckland which are always busy and always about customers having a good time. This particular Botany location offers great drinks, food, quiz nights, live sports, live music and function spaces - they even have karaoke. 

The role: 

As Duty Manager you will support the 2IC and Venue Manager lead and inspire the FOH team to deliver exceptional service to all customers. You will support with training & development, customer queries, inventory management for the FOH, organisation of different activities ie.e quiz night prep, booking management etc 


-hospitality management experience ideally from a gastropub but open to restaurant, cafe or casual dining 
-fantastic, inspiring and driven leadership approach 
-LCQ and managers cert is preferred 
-ability to work across weekends and late nights 

What you will be rewarded with: 

-$25-27 per hour (be paid for all hours worked) 
-6 week training programme - be set up for success

-mentorship from the very experienced Venue Manager
