The Company

Established in 2001, the RWR Group is the fastest growing recruitment provider with 18 agencies across New Zealand and Australia, our network of specialist recruitment agencies consist of Retailworld, RWR Executive, Hospoworld, and RWR Health.

After a record breaking year for Hospoworld Resourcing Victoria, we have plans to expand significantly over the coming year, and with this we're looking for another Account Manager to join our team.. we might need a bigger office!

  

The role

As an Account Manager, you will be the link between recruiting for clients across the state of Victoria and matching candidates who are looking for a career move within the hospitality industry.
The purpose of the role is to deliver recruitment support to all existing clients, bring in new clients from across all of Victoria, and source some of the best talent on the market:
  • Creation of job advertisements
  • Posting and management of all job advertisements
  • Creative sourcing methods to secure top talent for our clients
  • Phone Screening all candidate applications
  • Completion of multiple candidate interviews per week + profile writing
  • Maintaining database integrity through our CRM
  • Completion of reference checks
  • Ad hoc administration tasks
  • Target and engage with prospective clients
  • Be included in negotiation processes with clients and candidates
  • Key account management and relationship management for all active clients

The Person

To be successful in recruitment you must be driven by success, and have an appetite for achieving results.
This role is going to be fast paced day in, day out, so in order to be successful in this role you will possess:
  • Strong administration skills - experience working with computers and various software programmes will be critical
  • Attitude is equally important as the your industry knowledge - we want positive, 'can do' people in our business!
  • Hospitality management experience is essential
  • Capable of reacting to change, and not one to shy away from trouble shooting to get the best result possible - No two days are the same for all the right reasons!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication is vital to the success of this role
  • Resilience is an absolute non-negotiable
