The candidate

• 2+ years experience as a Sous Chef is essential to be considered for this role - a background in fine dining restaurants and Luxury Hotels a great asset
• Great communication and organisational skills
• Experience running a service whilst managing a small to medium size kitchen team
• Strong work ethic and 'can do' attitude
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Demonstrate positive leadership skills
• Able and willing to work weekends and public holidays
