Work city fringe in an iconic, refined pub environment as a Duty Manager. $30 per hour.

The role:
Will see you report to the FOH Manager and assist in leading the FOH team to deliver memorable and engaging service to all customers. Some key responsibilities include:
-opening & closing procedures
-welcoming customers including managing any phone calls or emails
-processing & managing bookings
-manage customer feedback both positive and constructive
-work cohesively with the BOH team to ensure consistency in service
-maintain a tidy and well presented bar & service area along with tables and chairs
Experience and skills required: -3-5x years experience working in a FOH capacity within hospitality
-2x years experience in a leadership role within a gastropub, bar or restaurant environments
-ability to comfortably lead a team of 10x
-highly motivated, passionate and natural leader within hospitality
-availability to work weekends and late nights
