This restaurant group will allow and empower you to bring your passion and experience to knowledgable kitchen team that focus on detail, presentation, and technique.
As a Senior Sous Chef you are going to lead service during the busiest periods ensuring the 100 plus patrons receive the highest quality that this restaurant is able to deliver. You will co manage a team of 15 chefs including assisting with rosters, stocktake, menu development, and continus team development.
