Open 7 days a week across lunch and dinner, this place will cater to hundreds on a daily basis due to popular demand in the Ballarat region.
The role is very much a customer facing position, one that requires a motivated and customer centric leader that loves providing excellent service for every guest that walks through the door.
Company culture is key for this group so when they go about recruitment themselves they are looking for a talented operator as well as a person that naturally meets all of their own values
This role is suited to a Supervisor looking to take their first step up into a Store Manager level.

The ideal candidate
- Experience at a Supervisor level within the hospitality and/or retail sector is essential
- Well presented, naturally positive person, and a real go getter
- You are competitive, driven and most importantly.. a team player!
- Confident managing day to day operations and troubleshooting all the challenges that come with it - service issues, customer complaints and enquiries, staffing solutions, OHS & Food safety compliance
- Will to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures, and hungry to achieve excellence
