You will join a team of Duty Managers, responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. You will have the opportunity to take ownership and develop your leadership skills in a dynamic and rewarding environment. This role offers an excellent chance to work with a diverse range of people, while providing great customer service and ensuring that operations run smoothly. Responsibilities
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
  • Manage customer service issues, complaints and queries
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Oversee the operations from a large gaming area
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business
  • Train, motivate and manage staff to ensure a high standard of service is maintained at all times
  • Develop action plans to improve operational efficiency and profitability
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in the hospitality within Clubs and Venues
  • Ability to manage and motivate staff
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in dealing with difficult situations
  • Working knowledge of health & safety regulations
  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with gaming machines.
