Fantastic opportunity for a QSR Multi Site Manager looking for a more strategic operational role within QSR hospitality. $85-95k + bonus + car + tools
Our Client: Leads the way in the QSR space globally and they currently have a fantastic opportunity available due to increasing headcount and support for their restaurant network available.
The role:
This is a people focussed and building role, you will be expected to work closely with either the Franchisees or corporate Restaurant Managers on ensuring service delivery and operational standards are met on a day to day basis.
You will look after approximately 5x restaurants with approximately 100x staff at each site.
Key responsibilities include: - collaborate with Franchisees or Senior Managers on their business plan and overall objectives ensuring that revenue targets are achieved
- ensure operating standards and service delivery levels are met at all times
- work with Franchisees or Senior Managers to roll out new initiatives / promotions resulting in a consistent experience for customers
- provide training and support when and where required
- be a support person for the Franchisees / Senior Managers
- visit all sites regularly
-drive overall sales and financial targets at achievements
What experience you will bring: - experience in QSR multi site management in NZ
- understanding of franchise ownership or models is advantageous but not a non-negotiable
- fantastic communication skills, both verbally and written
- proven supportive and collaborative leadership approach
